The purpose of this Policy is to safeguard clients, prevent fraud, and ensure that all withdrawal requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

1. Introduction

All financial operations, including withdrawals and refunds, are made strictly in USDT (TRC-20). Clients must follow the verification steps communicated by Almaak Prime Ltd to ensure safe processing.

2. General Conditions

  • All withdrawals and refunds are processed only in USDT (TRC-20).
  • Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Client Portal, registered email, or verified WhatsApp communication.
  • The wallet address provided must be valid, active, and owned by the same individual registered on the trading account.
  • Clients may be required to verify their request through email, WhatsApp, or KYC identity checks.
  • The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the available account balance.
  • There are no restrictions on profits — clients may withdraw any amount at any time.
  • Withdrawals are processed only to a verified wallet owned by the client; third-party wallets are strictly prohibited.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; the company cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address. Clients must double-check their wallet details before submission.

3. Processing Timeframes

  • Withdrawals are usually processed on the same business day, after verification.
  • Requests made on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Completion time may differ based on blockchain traffic and confirmation speeds.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • If a transaction fails due to incorrect wallet details or a system issue, the company will attempt to re-issue the payment after verification.
  • Deposits sent to an incorrect wallet address are typically non-recoverable unless blockchain conditions permit recovery.
  • Refunds due to technical issues or duplicated transfers will be returned to the original deposit wallet.

5. Fees and Deductions

  • Blockchain network fees (TRC-20 gas fees) apply and are automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  • Almaak Prime Ltd does not charge hidden or percentage-based fees — all costs are shown before confirmation.
  • Additional service fees may apply for manual processing, wallet verification, or special requests.

6. Communication and Verification

  • Clients may communicate through official WhatsApp, email, or the Client Portal.
  • All WhatsApp communication is verified through the company’s official business account.
  • The company will never request login credentials or wallet information from unverified sources.
  • Identity or wallet ownership verification may be required before releasing funds.
  • Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held until full verification is completed.
  • The company complies with AML and KYC standards to protect clients and prevent fraud.

7. Amendments

Almaak Prime Ltd may modify or update this Policy at any time. All changes will be published on the official website and become effective immediately upon posting.
